BAR SERVICES
Cash Bars
We can provide cash bars for you, we provide everything that you need and charge very competitive prices to your guests. Our bar package / set-up includes:

A choice of fantastic looking bars, including high gloss black bar, white curved, semi-circular, illuminated LED colour changing bar, matt black, copper, pallet or vintage wooden bar units.

Double display bottle coolers / fridges (500 bottle capacity in total) and flash coolers to dispense draught lager

Pay Bar with Bar manager and experienced staff to serve your guests, our staff will be smartly dressed wearing black shirts and black or dark grey trousers.

All glassware for the bar including dirty return charge, delivery / collection from supplier

Delivery, set-up and removal of the bar (set up the day before, removal at the end of the event or the following day)

Ice and bar accessories (cocktail napkins, straws, stirrers, etc)

Credit / Debit card facilities for your guests to pay with
Our bars are stocked with a wide choice of drinks, including draught lager, bottled beers, real ale, cider, spirits, cocktails, wine (red, white and rose), prosecco, and soft drinks, all of which are in line with local pub prices.
We charge a booking / set-up fee of £171.00 + VAT to secure the bar of your choice and cover the cost of us delivering, installing and removing the bar set-up and the application for a Temporary Event Notice to license the event. If your venue has its own bar and/or license, then we can reassess this fee.
We look to take a pre-agreed minimum amount and provided we do, then there will be no further cost to you. The minimum spend is dependent on the amount of guests and set-up required. If for some reason our takings on the day did not reach the minimum amount, we will require you to make up the shortfall. Please note a higher set-up fee and minimum take applies to full circular, oval or square bars.
If you wanted to arrange to put some money behind the bar at the beginning of the evening we can easily arrange this for you. You simply specify the amount and we serve drinks for free until the amount is met, we can keep you updated when we get near to the amount too so you know what’s happening.
Equipment / Dry Hire
If you would like to hire the elements you need to run your own bar we can supply all or part of what you need – the bar units, refrigeration, glassware, staff and even the stock. We can put together comprehensive quotes for you and give you guidance on what you’ll need, taking in to account the venue, the theme, numbers of guests and what you’d like to serve.

All-Inclusive Packages
This provides perfect simplicity for your bar service. We can create fully inclusive, unlimited packages provided on a per head basis and based on your requirements. We include everything – delivery, installation, the bar itself, all drinks (including table wines if required), staff, glassware, refrigeration, all bar equipment, ice, garnishes and waste disposal. Packages can be for the daytime for a wedding with a cash bar starting later, they can be for a cocktail party in the evening, or a large scale family fun day – we can create packages to suit every event and each package is created on a bespoke basis so please contact the team with what you’d like and we would be delighted to create your individual quote.
Free or Token Bars
These work on a similar basis to a pay bar – we run everything through the tills on the day, except that you pick up the tab as opposed to your guests! You can distribute tokens to guests, or simply pick up the entire tab.
We can serve whatever drinks your like – so it can be a fully stocked bar or simply wine, beer and softs, or even cocktails and mocktails only! As everything is going through the till, we can be very specific as to the amount spent through the event, so you can have regular updates if needed.
